After spending years playing in the outdoors from my early days as an Aussie Ironman Champ to Adventure sports, Cycling, Kayaking, Surfing, Tramping, Off Roading, Touring.  I have seen every square kilometre of the Gold Coast. 

As I have matured I have come to realise that getting outside keeps you young, fit and is great for mental health, so 'Play Outside' was born.
